Jump 'n' Jive holds a policy of Public Liability insurance for 5 million pounds worth of cover for all our inflatables and soft play, also 1 million pounds worth of cover for our disco and photo booth.
Please be aware that no insurance company offers protection for 3rd party users, you will only be covered on our policy if we are supervising the equipment.

Yes. We require a deposit to confirm the booking.

Jump 'n' Jive do not allow equipment to be kept overnight. We are able to collect up to midnight. There is an additional £10 charge for pick ups after 9pm.

Jump 'n' Jive require a deposit to confirm the booking. The balance is to be paid two weeks prior to the event. Payment can be made by bank transfer. Please contact the office for further information.

Jump 'n' Jive reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather conditions. If this is the case then a full refund will be made.

Our Soft Play is suitable for under fives and our Children's Bouncy Castles are suitable for under elevens.

We cover all areas. There is no charge for delivery within a 30 mile radius of Ashford, Kent. Outside this area we would charge a small fuel surcharge. Please contact the office for further information

We provide stickers for party games. If you would like us to do 'Pass the Parcel' or you would like any additional prizes you would need to provide these.
